Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are designed and 3D printed with care, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
